Fusilli, a tin of tuna, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, red pepper and fresh onion’s leaves……and some oil or butter.And if You like You might add some lemon juice.

While cooking the pasta al dente, give a little oil (or butter) in a frying pan, heat it and add then chopped onions and garlic. Brown it some moments, then add the tuna and roast it together. Finally add the pasta and roast it together. Spice it with a mix of black pepper, cayenne and red pepper and a pinch of salt. Serve it with fresh onion leaves.
