Inspiring: Massi’s pappardelle with osso buco ragù

Isn’t this tweet amazing and inspiring to start the weekend with this recipe?

I love Gourmet Traveller as one of my favorites for more and new ideas.

The recipe above’s using dried pappardelle, but of course You may use Your own and fresh made as well. Advantage is to use part of it for more than one recipe and for lasagne the other day perhaps.
